Resilience Training
Resilience is the ability to withstand painful experiences or stress in life. It allows us to cope with such experiences while maintaining our health and taking control of our lives—even in the face of emotional pain.
In hundreds of randomized controlled studies on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), it has been demonstrated that the ability to “act resiliently” can be effectively supported and enhanced through ACT.

Resilience Training 1:1
Resilience training can be conducted in individual sessions. Over approximately 8–10 appointments, we focus on strengthening resilience-related skills based on your current life circumstances and individual needs.
Resilience Retreat
Learn how to strengthen your psychological resilience in a supportive, calming atmosphere on a country estate by the Baltic Sea.
8-Week Resilience Training Group
Regularly, there is an opportunity to participate in an 8-week resilience training course held at my practice in Hamburg-Rotherbaum. The training takes place in a group setting. There is a discounted rate available for students.
