MBSR
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically grounded mindfulness training program developed in the late 1970s by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. The goal of the program is to help individuals develop a more conscious and constructive approach to stress, pain, and challenging thoughts.

MBSR combines elements of Buddhist mindfulness practices with modern psychological approaches and includes meditation, body awareness (body scan), and gentle yoga exercises. The eight-week program is successfully used worldwide in clinics, companies, and educational institutions.
Studies show that MBSR helps reduce stress and anxiety, while also enhancing overall well-being. People with chronic illnesses, burnout, or high work-related stress particularly benefit from mindfulness-based stress reduction. MBSR also supports emotional self-regulation and improves concentration. With regular practice, it fosters inner calm and a more mindful approach to oneself and others.
MBSR is an effective path to greater serenity, health, and quality of life.
