Are you experiencing a crisis? Are you experiencing mood swings, anxiety, compulsions, or are you noticing changes in your well-being or general perception?

"Our system is built to have emotions"

It's completely normal for our feelings to be very intense, for example, due to particularly stressful life events, and often experience them as overwhelming due to the impact on our own thoughts and actions. We often perceive it as if we're "taken over by it," and our attention suddenly focuses on the struggle against what we don't want to acknowledge. Perhaps an event whose acceptance seems too painful. We fight against the feelings we don't want and we struggle to get rid of the thoughts that burden us. We then find ourselves in a vicious circle, and what would be truly helpful doesn't seem intuitive: acceptance of the current state. This represents just one of many skills of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I would like to accompany you in learning these skills and provide you with the space and support you need.

As a licensed psychotherapist (specializing in behavioral therapy), you can bill your health insurance. You can also cover your costs through Heilfürsorge, Beihilfe or self-pay.
